Born out of this silly plot bunny in my head where Aladdin and Mulan are both street rats - with Mulan somehow stumbling upon him soon after being disowned by her family - and the two of them go on awesome street rat adventures which eventually lead them to Genie.
This is the part of the story where Mulan spills her guts to Aladdin, Al tries to cheer her up and eventually offers to share his pad and take her under his wing (the student's going to be giving lessons to the teacher in about a day or so).
This is probably my favorite strictly Disney crossover pairing ever.
